Distressed whiskey calf leather for the Reverso

Another iteration of the “tiny stitch” stepped strap. This partiuclar calf hide was repeatedly distressed with a secret solvent until…something magical happened

The calf leather started to crack on the top surface, revealing lighter caramel ripples and spots throughout the hide.

I also decided to use pig suede for the lining, and although its more porus than top grain leather, it gives a classic dress watch like this a subtle luxury feeling for the wearer.
