Olive Ostrich for the 1950’s GP Chrono

Part of what gives this vintage GP so much charm is that it has fixed springbars, but that also adds to the challenge when making straps for it.

It makes you wonder how the original owner would have wore it and where. An 18k oversized (37.5mm) pink gold case, with tool watch functions. Was it a dress piece, or an everyday wear? We can only imagine.

This particular ititration has “open ends” made with velcro tabs which allow the strap to be taken on and off very easily.
